Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition DLC News

Totally Agree!
They should!

Microsoft is finished for me. I support it but now ı dont support. You cant shine age of 4 by deleting Age of3. I dont support any age of game any more.

I am so unhappy no new DLC. I hope we still get some bug fixes at the very least.

This is very sad.
I like the time period of AoE3 a lot more than the Middle Ages and the game has so many awesome things in it that don’t exist in any other game in the series.
AoM is the only game that comes close to AoE3 for me but looking at the low player numbers I’m afraid that we will only get the 2 DLC we already paid for and then that’s it.

I’m boycotting all games except Aoe3. I hope we get a refund. We didn’t deserve this insult.

we may only get the chinese dlc, as that trailer already dropped and showed content, the unannounced one meanwhile i suspect is being at least considered for canning, as much as i hate that

long story short, i’m not mad this news dropped, i’m mad it took em so long to admit the obvious, smt we all straight up expected from nonexistent communication, at least don’t play with our patience if you don’t intend to support the game

It is very unlikely that they cancel a DLC that people already paid for.
They would have to do refunds and it would be very bad press for the whole franchise.

Even if they expect almost no sales for the 2nd DLC they will likely still make it.
The only thing that could prevent that from happening is that the Chinese DLC is worse then the last one and everyone stops playing the game or even wanting a 2nd DLC.

If they haven’t been making AoE3 DLC and outsourced the last 2 AoE2 DLC they must have been working on AoM DLC.

Unless they secretly started AoE5, which I think is very unlikely for now.

expecting aoe 5 before 2030s is a fever dream

Considering how well thay can handle working non-aoe2 games, that’s almost a good thing

Not sure we should be expecting a AOE5 at all honestly, Microsoft doesn’t seem to plan ten minutes into the future

I am really up with the last statement
They have sent job applications for Unreal Engine matters
to work on Strategy games

who cares, after how they handled aoe3 over the past 2 years, I won’t buy another of their games anyway, I had a feeling this would happen and held off buying AOM Retold and l was right.

I bought all the games including AOM with their DLCs just to keep the Aoe series developing and I was met with this insult, shame on you

What we have received from you in return for the support we have given you is nothing but evil.

I love AoM Retold. I have it on Game Pass but I plan on buying the premium one. Not sure why you’re saying that.
