Too Soon.
I think the new French revolution could indicate the way developers want to go with revolutions, I don’t rule out that the next big update comes with a rework for all revolutions.

Nizam shipping cards shouldn’t be affected by the ‘15 nizam’ limit, but I can’t have more than 15 nizam. Cards are restricted to this limit now.
- Cards sending Nizam Fusiliers ignore the build limit of 15
Oh the game patched itself, check if it still OOS guys
Thank you for finally adding the option to disable floating text! I’ve wanted this since the original AOE III. The game is so much much immersive and beautiful now without floating XP markers.
Now the shipment of (III) 3 Organ Guns of the Portuguese costs 200 coins. What other balance changes do these 2 hot fixes bring?
I think that has always been or am I wrong? I think boluntad can be enabled/disabled.
some Humbaraci nerfs
Deli -5 HP (nerf the atk goddammit)
Azap cost increase ( decrease the multi goddammit)
Circle army doesnt cost food
Nanban trade for japan is cheaper
I don’t know if we need big updates for all the revolutions. But I would love to see some of the generic revolution options for some civs replaced with unique revolutions/reforms like this!
This update has exceeded my expectations. Thank you devs. We’re truly living in the golden age of AOE 3. I will keep buying week the DLC that comes out to support game development as long as possible.
I can’t wait to see what changes come in the future
You wont be satisfied till The Ottos become a trash civ., will you?
Imma be honest, if you really think the current Deli and azap are not broken, then I have nothing left to say really.
Deli needs some tweaks I agree but azaps? No way, especially after the cost increase. Wood is crucial for the Ottos at the early game and it is luxury to spend on Azaps.
Also I see Humbaraci nerf unnecessary. That is also another let down as they cost more than normal grens and they r really specific with their role.
Otto has 600 and 700 wood crates and a wood age up option (plus silk road) so if you are FFing then yeah its precious but any competent semi-ff will be able to pump them.
Its not like other civs chop all of their wood for xbow-pike build order, they spam shipments and otto can more then competently do that
Azap’s only look OP on paper before flight archery they have a wind up animation before attacking and unlike fulani or longerbowmen their range isn’t that great, and their super vulnerable to ranged attacks.
The last units to die on pretty much any encounter will be the skirmisher* units the Azaps are not skirmishers they’re pikemen but unlike pikemen don’t have cover mode and they will be picked off quite easily with skirmishers.
*Abus gunners don’t have the likely chance of survival that skirmishers or crossbowmen have. That’s why I used grenadiers and now Humbaraci instead most of the time. Humbaraci have the added bonus of being able to take out enemy cannon, so I don’t mind that they’re more expensive.
before flight archery that you dont need to care that they even fire tbh, they only need to come in when there is an attempted cav or goon trying to dive your artillery, them being a vanguard to your abus is 90% of their job.
If the opponent is diving you then animation doesnt matter, you just leave them there and micro your abus, then pull them to body block and basically all cav will die.
besides the fact that there are no skirms in age 2, even facing skirms just pulling htem back and abus will kill most of them.
and after flight archery they basically become ashigaru with less stats but cheaper.
Ott already has food to spare due to free vils. All they have to do is mostly chop and dig so that wood limitation isnt so much a factor.
If it was an issue I would say they Brits are at a larger disadvantage. They have to chop and gather food. The wood directly affects the pop limit and vil advantage of the house whenever they have to make their only skirmisher unit the longbow.
I think you’re being very dramatic here.
The Deli shouldn’t be seen as a hussar substitute in my opinion. It’s a new thing and it should be that way.
I really dont want a reskinned hussar here. They are already cost like 50 vil sec more than an Uhlan and with the Ottoman economy that’s already very expensive
but here is the thing…it replaced the hussar, its literally the hussar substitute. Its a better substitute but its still a substitute.
It fulfills the same role, heck it uses the same voicelines. It even replaced the hussar in the Indian consulate
By all the information we have, it is replacing the hussar.
Thats cause the Uhlan is 150 resources total, by that logic the hussar is also 50 vil sec more then the uhlan.
The difference between vil sec between the hussar and the deli is 4. A 1.7% cost difference for 25% increased DPS
I like to think of the Hussar as never being there, ever.
I don’t remember the old Ottomans anymore. Just learning a completely new civ.
The javelin rider is a much better dragoon. Available Age 2. Costs way less. 1 pop.
But its more or less okay now.
My point is that balance depends on a lot of other things. If you compare things unit by unit its not always the right way.
Javelin is 115 res per pop, Dragoon is 90.
Fine new civ sure, its a busted new civ
do people not remember Hausa and ethiopia at launch?
Yeah being a TP civ that can spam crates , TP eco, build a church in age 1, where vils dont cost food, their skirm deals siege damage and has the tankiest musk in the game. And also has by far the strongest cost effective cav in the game and the most effective anti light cav unit to go along with it.
How balanced.
