Age of empires series and Age of mythology DLC's offline not working

Microsoft Game production team or Xbox store game production team,

No matter what I did, I couldn’t play the DLC versions of the Age of Empires series and Age of Mythology offline. My device is running Windows 11 Home, and I checked that my Microsoft account was working with both the Xbox and the Microsoft Store. Nothing seemed to be working, but the offline DLC versions were still not working; I even thought it was a syncing issue, but that didn’t work either. I took a few steps, assuming that was the problem, and the offline issue persisted. So, the DLCs weren’t working at all; they just required an internet connection. (Offline play is enabled in the Xbox settings.) I checked the “Xbox Live Network Service, Xbox Live Authorization Manager, and Game Services” services, and they’re active, but none of the DLCs for Age of Empires and Age of Mythology worked. I checked offline permissions in the Microsoft profile settings, and they were active, but nothing worked. I tried the following commands in Windows PowerShell (opened as Administrator): Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
This command starts the reset process by re-registering the Microsoft Store app. After the command finished, I restarted my computer and tried the games again, but they still didn’t work. I manually deleted the Windows Store cache. Of course, I used the wsreset.exe method. Then, I went to the hidden files in “C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Packages” and found the “Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe” folder and deleted all the files in it, but it still didn’t work. I went into Windows Settings, went to Privacy and security > File system, and checked that the permissions were enabled, but they were all enabled. Of course, it still didn’t work. Even though I knew it would be a waste of time, I created a new local user account and repeated the steps I had followed so far. None of the DLCs worked. Then I tried another method and tried other commands with Powershell (opened as administrator); I removed the existing packages with “Get-AppxPackage gamingservices | Remove-AppxPackage”. Then I removed the remaining packages with “Get-AppxPackage gamingservices | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers” and then I removed any remaining packages with this command to check for unremoved packages. I restarted the computer and reopened the Xbox app. It detected Xbox Game Services and started downloading automatically. I went back into the games and still none of the DLC worked (I tried it with the internet connected first, then offline). I tried repairing the games and similar methods, but they still didn’t work. I deleted all the games and tried again from scratch, thinking maybe it was a faulty installation or missing files. I tried playing the game while connected to the internet, then without, but none of them worked. (This process took a long time.). Last time, I tried a similar method using PowerShell (opened as administrator) and the following command: “Get-AppxPackage gamingservices | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers gamingservices | Remove-AppxPackage.” This command removed all Xbox Game Services packages from the system. After uninstalling, I restarted the computer. I restarted the XBOX app, and it automatically detected and installed the missing Xbox Game Services packages at startup. I reinstalled the games one by one with an internet connection, then disconnected the internet and tried again. None of the DLCs worked in offline mode. And the last powershell command I tried (opened as Administrator) was with the following code; Start-Process “ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” It would redirect the Microsoft Store directly to the Xbox Game Services page and allow me to reinstall from there. However, since I already had the apps installed, I tried this method to see if it might be an incomplete installation. I tried all the steps again, and none of the offline DLC worked. I formatted my computer and did a clean install thinking there might be a problem with the system, but nothing worked. The only games that have DLC versions that work are Age of Empires, and except for Age of Mythology, all other games with DLC versions that I’ve downloaded to my Xbox PC won’t open. There’s one last thing I’d like to add. The method the Microsoft team suggested to me was to activate the DLC options and try the game again, but these methods didn’t work either. Please find a definitive solution to this issue and give me an answer. If games with other DLC versions purchased through the Xbox Store cannot be played offline, please let me know. (Microsoft Game Development Team, I don’t know how you listen to your customers on this issue, but what I do know is that none of your DLC versions work in offline mode.)

I wish you good work.

You should probably put this in one or more of the games’ Bugs sections on the forums, rather than here. I don’t think it’ll be seen here.
