Age of Mytholgy Retold constantly freezing

I am in the ps5 and have performace mode on the game ive tried to delete and re dl the game etc it constantly freezing and unplayable it can hapoen quickly or withing secobds and very annoying ive been constantly trying to play it freezes on arena of the gods it freezes during campegin it frezzes in skirmish im starting tonget ticked off i want to play but i can ive deleted the game deleted the data reinstalled the game still the same issue wver since last update can we please get some sort of acknowledgement or something to let us know ure working on this cant even play…i want my money back for this game..

Hello, this fact is well known by the developers. I personally have already witnessed these problems after the first Chinese balancing patch. After some adjustments, the game’s performance improved a lot, but I had to recreate the database and reinstall the game. Maybe this can help you, but the game is still far from its best version for the PS5. And I say more, if you are interested in platinuming the game, do it as soon as possible, because I had the displeasure of being affected by error 0001.0001.ffffffff and therefore I am unable to enjoy the online, events and the arena of the gods.

First, if you are willing to post this to our Customer Service site and explain what steps you have tried. They can help assess if there are more steps that can be taken to resolve the issue and we can contact you if there are new steps to try.

Alternatively, here is a post on Reddit from our dev team that gives detailed steps on how to resolve this issue. It’s a bit long, but many have had success with doing all of the steps, and in the order described.
