It appears a problem while I was trying to open the game (premium prelaunch)

Error: Shader Model too low (Shader_Model63), please check your graphics drivers is up to date and your machine meets the minimum requirements.

I opened a ticket for AOE Support and my machine meets the minimum requirements… I double checked

I also encountered this problem. My device specifications:

CPU type: Mobile QuadCore Intel Core i7-4710MQ, 3300 MHz (33 x 100)
System memory: 28580 MB (DDR3 SDRAM)
Video adapter #1: GeForce GTX 870M (3 GB)
Video adapter #2: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (1 GB)

If anything, I switched the launch and forced selection of the video card from nVidia.
