Age of WW1 - The Great War Era

Tho a dlc could make it properly, as in the GW age actually shows in the ui xD
Sadly the ages are hardcoded into the exe.

Hello! An amazing mod I am using a lot. Did you think about importing assets from AoE III : Wars of Liberty The Great War to AoE III DE? I don t know if that is possible

Like using the field barracks model from the mod for the camp your soldiers can build, or replacing the factory at Age 5 with the one of the Assembly Line from the same mod ?

Edit: I think you answered this question. I will ask someone to try to port these two models from WoL if possible

I donā€™t know? Did you install the mod correctly?

Maybe my mod has a bug. Iā€™ll have to look into it. I havenā€™t touched it for a long time, modding takes time and I donā€™t have many at the moment.

The modders of Age of Pirates managed to create politician choices for the native settlements. And even small revolutions.
We may not be able to completely simulate an age up, but I think we can imitate it.

And I donā€™t know how they manage to modify the game so much, the Age of Pirates modders are too motivated

Iā€™ve never tried it. But I saw someone talking about it a long time ago and that importing an old 3D model wasnā€™t easy. But doable.

Unfortunately I donā€™t have much time to do a major update of my mod. At first it was just a proof of concept. I tried to make it functional but nothing more. Maybe Iā€™ll inspire others to do better than me :slightly_smiling_face:

Iā€™m going to ask the modders at Age of Pirates for help at some point, Iā€™m on their discord server and they have talented people. Theyā€™ve already made submarines, machine guns and zepplins, maybe theyā€™ll let me use them for my mod.

Hello! There is a bug with french/generic modern soldiers. Their jacket has a white artifact on it.

Still enjoying though!
