AI doubts too much when attacking

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When attacking enemies AI players in early/medium/late game, the AI players (both allies and enemies) doubt too much, resulting in the armies of the AI players going back and forth in their pathing. It takes like 10-15 minutes for the AI to decide to whether attack or not.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the match, you and your allies (and of course your enemies) build an army.
  2. When you command your AI allies to attack, they start to move towards the enemy base, but start “doubting” in their pathing, resulting in a back and forth move between a point in the map (the middle of the map generally) and their bases. This also applies to enemy AI.
  3. Also when moving as an army, the formations of AI’s armies seems to be erratic, resulting in the units colliding with anothers

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

That the AI players (both allies an enemies) attack in one move and not doubting too much. Of course they can change their pathing if they see that the attack move is way too risky.

Yep, it’s really quite frustrating. It’s hard to get anywhere with the AI not being able to make up their mind.

Allied AI are useless. Also, they never build trading posts on routes.
