AI Making Unlimited Titans Instead of Just 1

Issue:

Enemy AI keeps building unlimited Titans instead of stopping after just 1.
Gave up after I couldn’t combat the AI Titans since I could only make 1.

Trigger Event:

Was playing a 6v6 on a giant map.

Repro Steps:

Play Skirmish against AI. Let them get to Age V, then they keep making Titans. You don’t have to destroy the old one before they make new ones. They can have multiple Titans on the field at once.
