Ai woodline issue

Latest release version but the same issue was in PUP. AI tends to use woodlines that are far away from their home even when there are good woodlines right next to main tc. Map is Lipany

I have marked blue good possible woodlines and in red what AI is using with all woodcutters:


Both red forest were used for some time and both had lumbercamps but no villagers

The rest are on the way but all AIs 18 woodcutters are tasked to this stealth forest

Here is different game but same issue. AI moves from woodline to next one seemingly randomly:


Both woodlines 1 and 2 were not complely exhausted and there are some forest untouched in bottom corner
