I can launch the game, but first of all, when I do, I get this after the intro movie thing is done

What do I do?
As it says, there is some other program interfering with the game. This is typically some stupid 3rd party antivirus, so if you have something like that just uninstall it and keep only Windows Defender which is free, built-in, and works best.
Otherwise it can also be caused by shady software like WeMod, CheatEngine.
