ISSUE EXPERIENCED
All the images are not showing. This means I don’t have the flags, profile pictures, icons images, background pictures.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
REPRODUCTION STEPS
1.Update the game
2. Launch the game
3. Enjoy an amazing choice of profile pictures of the week (see below) how I am supposed to know which one is an animal ?
EXPECTED RESULT
Not having to reinstall the whole game to have basic things working…

Seems like is a problem with game in your PC or something, mine is OK.
Try the following in steam:
- Right Click in Age 3 DE
- Properties
- Local Files
- Verify Integrity of Game Files

I’ve tried that.
Mine doesnt show villagers per resource anymore.

As suggested by @hamletlopez a good first step would be to verify the integrity of your files in Steam.
Right Click Age of Empires III: DE in your Steam Library, select Properties then Local Files. From that window there is a button labelled Verify integrity of game files… this may take some time to check the files.
If you have any mods enabled, they may not have been updated for the patch of hotfix yet. It’s possible they could cause this issue.
Let me know if the issue persists after performing that check through Steam and disabling all mods,
