It is consistent already. Garrison in building means you get heals. Garrison in not a building means no heals.

Units inside a ram are supposed to be at work and hold the ram. They can’t be healing at the same time.
In my opinion, what we need the most is an UI command that would allow to garrison many units within many buildings/units without having to click individually on each instance of the later.
Like, you know, all modern RTS.

Makes no sense. Hey n a building like a castle they are presumably being attended to by a healer what is healing them in a ram?
The ones moving the ram initially in the first place - it’s a stretch - but it has to move somehow / let’s say there are meds and stuff for them to use on the move and they take turns moving the ram while the wounded heal - etc / a medic that’s on stand-by
To me it looks like you make many suggestion to make your bad strategy of a healing fortress more viable. I dont think that is a good reason for balance changes.

I disagree - unless it’s stated specifically in-game, healing while garrisoned, regardless of what a unit is garrisoned in, should have either words stating the limits of the tech or heal in all garrison-able spaces.
I’d say with that logic units garrisoned in scouts should be able to heal but that would just bring back the villager kidnap thing since dead units can be resurrected by healing and the scout cavalry can garrison dead units.
If that were still a feature - it would make sense as they’d do everything they could to nurse their catch to health
If it’s that big of a problem ask for it to be stated. Healing only when garrisoned in buildings.
There’s no point in allowing units to heal while garrisoned in rams.
Currently asking for both - two birds with one stone.
That being said - there is a point. Consistency.
That, and it helps with any strategies involving siege towers, rams, transports - etc.
Why wouldn’t they heal in a transport?
Why would they not have a healer/ med supplies available in a garrison-able space that is obviously manned before any units garrison in the first place?
