:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

The amazonas tunnel map is very biased against the host.
Connections between the teams ,when the map is generated in a C shape, will always put the host in one of the two center spots (see first picture).
It is possible for the map to generate so that three teams are connected to the center of the map. In this case the host will always get one team that has a direct connection to his team but none to the center (see second picture).
In rare cases a T shape will be generated, in this case two teams have a connection to the center, one of these is always the host team, the other two teams will always have a direct connection to the hosts team (see third screenshot).

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

  • in general 70-80-% of the time
    • C shape 70% of the time
    • 3 teams connected to center 20% of the time
    • T shape 10% of the time

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Create a Match on the amazonas tunnel map
choose a map size for 8 players or larger
set player count to 8
add 7 ai’s with
make even teams of 2 (4 teams in total)

You might need to generate a few maps.

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

Map should put the players in each team in a smaller connected clearing.
teams should be either connect in an O shape with 2 adjacent teams or an X shape where all teams are only connected to the middle.
If the map is unbalanced it should at least not always hit the host.
