Amazonas Tunnel map resource spawn issues

When starting a Random map with Amazon Tunnel as the Map Layout the starting forest clumps around the Town Centers won’t spawn and the ground textures around the starting locations are not properly generated.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Select in the Random Map games Amazon Tunnel as the Map Layout
2. Start the game.

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}
There should be starting forest clumps around every TC and the ground textures around the Town Centers should be in a greenish colour.
