Ancien Régime and Napoleanic Era cards increase the build limit of Native Bourbon units

If you send Ancien Régime and ally with the House of Bourban, you can train an additional 15 musketeers and 10 dragoons. If you send the Napoleanic Era card from the Revolutionary French home city, you get an additional 15 muskeers and 10 dragoons. Basically by building a single House of Bourbon tp, France can train up to 60 Royal Musketeers and 50 Royal Dragoons! Each card is equivalent to building an additional Bourbon tp.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

3. Build a House of Bourbon tp

EXPECTED RESULT

The build limit of Royal Musketeers shouls be 30 less and the build limit of Royal Dragoons should be 20 less.
