Ancients dishes from 2 millenia ago...

Just curious if any of you have delved into the art of ancient Roman cooking? My favorite dish would have to be Lucanian Sausage. You may convulse violently at this more modern recipe:

I actually think that sounds delicious hehe…much better than the Liquamen we were talking about.

When I went for my M.A. in Divinity at Pensacola Theology Sem. A grp of use students when to Rome and the Holy Lands. I personally didnt cook any Roman dishes, but we were taught a few dishes to cook and make that were from the time of Christ. Some of the dishes were Jewish dishes but most were Roman dishes. I would have to agree with you @DiveDive3726 the Lucanian Sausage was very tasty.
