on this map(I am not sure the name) (please check the minimap since I am using a random map) the Inca can build alpaca but because there are natural cow/buffalo on the map, if you have 5 cows, you can only build 15/20 alpaca, it should be different counting function

I got 19 alpaca

and one cow

the icon shows I got 20 alpaca but I only got 19

after i send the cow to enemy base


now it shows 19/20

They did this intentionally cause African civs. Same issue with indian, China, British, Hauds and Japan as cattle focused civs. They should go back for no african/revolutionary civs.
