Do you use cloud storage for your user datas (OneDrive, Steam cloud or similar)?
This is a very common problem due to higher latency which might result in read/write errors.
I use Steam, but I already cleared cache and it doesn’t work. The problem is a specific mod that I deleted and when I enter the game it downloads itself and since it is not in the store because I deleted it to see if it worked, it throws an error.
