The announcement was a month ago, is there finally a release date for the DLC ?
Late 2024, i would at the earliest expect a release in September.

It’s Poland and Denmark based on the flags. It could possibly be the PLC and Denmark-Norway (speculation).
And as @Jonasnee8581 said, late 2024.
I think anything beyond that is speculation.

No and we probably won’t know anything about the DLC until it comes out, all we can do is speculate.
My particular theory is that they didn’t have anything planned and we will see the new civilizations at the end of this year or the beginning of next year assuming it is delayed, and I also don’t think they will give us a date because they want us to keep quiet. (OPINION)
