specs?
got latest drivers installed?
what is your windows version? 1903 is recommended

I’ve got all the latest drivers installed and the windows version is 1903.
pc specs:
processor: intel® Core™ i7-8550U CPU @1.80GHz 1.99 GHz
Memory: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce MX150 4GB
Windows 10 Home ver.1903 64bit
more importantly, when the laptop freezes, I get a BSOD with an error: Driver Power State Failure.

Intel core i5-4460 @3.20GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970
8 GM RAM
Latest drivers.
I have no errors, the game just shut down.
I would try to enable PushToInstall service on services and if that doesn’t work maybe try it on steam?
@TypicYeti776853 Can you run the game using intel HD and see if it runs through that? asking out of curiosity.
