Hola, tengo el mismo problema de los usuarios anteriores pero en AOE DE.
play por algun tiempo sin problema pero ahora el juego no inicia.
Seguí todas las intrucciones de la pagina oficial de soporte, pero nada funciona.
mi laptop es acer aspire E15 E5-575G-56GB (sus caracteristicas son compatibles con el juego)
la plataforma es windows store.
mi sistema operarivo es Windows 10
