aoe3 de bugs:
inca: bastion home city card doesnt upgrade walls
haudenosaunee: infantry damage age 2 card does not improve the attack of native scouts (nor if upgraded via upgraded scouts with home city card)
gameplay:
decks: PLEEEEEEASE add an option to mobilize deck order. if i have 7 decks, and i create a new deck, that new deck gets put at the bottom. PLEEEEEEASE allow us to arrange the decks, so if we make a new one we can put it at the top if we want.
