Yes, i think so. Many reviews were too good and i Guess It has been a “nostalgia factor”. I remember i’ve been really excited since the first announcement of Aoe4 but my own hype died after the preview showcase and the two closed alpha test.

Sí,yo pienso que si Relic ya hubiera tenido preparada una expansión de AoE 4 para abril de este año,no habría habido problema,pero ya vamos a mitad de año y no hay señales alguna de expansión para AoE 4…sí FE llega a sacar AoM DE para octubre de este año,a AoE 4 lo va a jugar su tía y ahí sí Microsoft va a tener un problema muy serio entre continuar dandole apoyo a los DE o enterrar nuevamente la saga por otros 5 a 10 años…

Dudo que abandonen los DE ya que tanto el aoe 3 como el 2 le están dando bastante beneficio con los Dlc´s con que solo saquen el juego principal gratis por un fin de semana (el 3 y el 2) y listo engancharían a un montón de gente

Claro,el 2 ni hace falta que lo saquen gratis un fin de semana,ya que igual vende…al 3 le viene bien esos findes gratis,ya que puede atraer tanto jugadores de aoe 4 que son nuevos en la franquicia como a jugadores de aoe 2 que no les gusto mucho el aoe 4,pero tienen curiosidad con la época y mecánicas del 3…

because the toxic community and reddit who shut people down. those who cant take criticism and even attack others simply because we did not like how units looked “cartoonish”. probably bunch of people spamming reviews in hopes to get players but honestly not working and nobody cared, its too late.

I think whatever Dev team is in charge of AOE III DE is doing a fantastic job with the DLCs and hope that continues to improve. I’m just waiting to see any lifeline for AOM DE lol do you mind linking your stream?

Not to mention that AOE III won best graphical looking game of the year awards by consensus back in 2005 and sold over 2 million units by 2008. The same cannot be said of AOE IV which looks worse than The Settlers (2020 version, I played the beta)
