I own the game via ‘‘xbox game pass’’. When I click to open the game, it turns black and won’t open. I last logged in and played 2 days ago. Now I can’t open the game. I updated everything. Whatever the problem is, I would be glad if anyone can help. thanks.

I am having trouble launching the game after leaving the March 2022 PUP branch – Age of Empires Support
i didn’t buy the game in Steam. I play with Xbox Game Pass. How can i do that in Xbox?

I only see a black menu screen after the intro video – Age of Empires Support

The game crashes shortly after it launches or when trying to start a game – Age of Empires Support
If i delete the mod file inside the documents folder; I can see almost half of the intro, then the game just closing. I don’t think problems with my hardware.

- First I would uninstall and reinstalling the game
- Make sure you have available storage on your drive

Hey @Drumsin - looking at the OP, this user is having trouble opening the game via Xbox Game Pass and thus would not be part of the Public Update Preview.
