please see attached img… is there a reason this tech doesnt show up after send Palace Intrigue Card ??
It seems that it is the one that was in the legacy but they have not removed it yet
i’ve never seen it before… i can see it being very useful!
Also I can see that Imam’s picture is wrong. 
nothing is mentioned in the patch notes… wonder if its a bug!. I want that now though
