Is there a possibility to alter arrow stats for the whole game (campaigns included) so i can have Arrows like in that mod?

Hi,
Campaign missions can’t use mods so you wont be able to change that.
Arrow stats can be changed for all mp games when using a tuning pack with that change.
I dont know what the change is specifically but you can clone the core data and that would probably work for most civs.
