Pretty sure bow animation was in the stress test and even in the fan preview too.
They are still not animated in the previous civilization reveal video (I think it was HRE, not sure). I honestly don’t remember if they were in the stress test as I didn’t play as much as I’d have liked but they were surely just static assets in the closed beta.
