Atlantean units promotion plays different sound than original game?

I am not really sure if this is bug or intended change, which is why I post it here first but I am pretty sure that in original promotion to hero skill had hero spawn sound isntead of the current unit spawn sound (which varies by unit).

So for example if you promote a villager you get villager spawn sound, murmillos get I think greek soldier spawn sound etc.

Anyone noticed this?
