Trade post socket missing on map Atlas.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Played 1v1 skirmish vs AI, Treaty 40. Trade post socket did not spawn for player 2

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

Expected the trade post socket to spawn for both players, especially since the trade route did spawn.
