Attack ground not working properly

Issue:

A group of onagers that is moving will not react to attack-ground command if the target is out of range.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Select two onagers
  2. Command the two onagers to move
  3. While the two onagers are moving, command them to attack-ground a target that is out of their range
  4. See the onagers keep moving in their initial direction instead of taking into account the attack ground instruction.
