Australia as rev civ for Brits and Dutch when?

Australia is a cool country and we must have those Kangaroos in the game. It’s not pretty hard to add them as infinite shipment for Australia. Then add some modified Redcoat and the rev civ is done. EZ.
Also it’s quite awkward to be able to revolt as Dutch and Brits into USA since USA is already a main civ.
Make it happen ! Thank you

That would be nice to have more revolution options, Australia is a pretty good choice if they were to add more revolutions
