For Ayyubids, if you get the “Economic Wing: Growth” in Imperial Age (3rd or 4th Wing), it gives +10% gather rate bonus to all Villagers.

However, only your existing Villagers get the buff.

New Villagers created after getting the Growth Wing will not get the +10% gather rate buff.
