For Ayyubids, if you get the “Economic Wing: Growth” in Imperial Age (3rd or 4th Wing), it gives +10% gather rate bonus to all Villagers.
However, right now it gives the buff to ALL Villagers on the Map.
Yes, this includes not only your own Villagers, but Ally and Enemy Villagers as well.

This is not persistent, though. It doesn’t apply to newly created Villagers after getting the Growth Wing.
That’s another bug though for your own Villagers, since your new Villagers also don’t get the buff.
