Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start Aztec in DM
  2. Click TC and research Immigrants (Age 5 Tech)

This is also true for india…So probably the immigration tech has been moved to industrial age?

And Chinese… So I assume all Civs which research immigrants in their tc can do so (japan, haudeno, inca, aztec, india, lakota)

Also goes for the US. Since they get their capitol early, they can research the immigrants tech in Age 4

Thanks for the response. That wasnt indicated in the changenotes. Also then all the Capitol civilisations (Europeans) Have access to immigrants in Age 5 (since capitol is a Age 5 building), while all the civs listed in this thread can make it in Age 4?
