ISSUE EXPERIENCED
Aztec Eagle Scouts have this weird situation where they get full-on Imperial-style stat upgrades (double that of base) in the Industrial Age but they get no Imperial Age upgrade upon reaching that age. This is different from every other “shadow tech” unit I can think of in the game, although I know that Pets often receive higher stat boosts in the late game due to their poor base stats in age 1. I assume this current iteration is bugged though due to the odd interaction with the Imperial Age.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Start a game as Aztec.
- Advance to the Industrial Age and check out your Eagle Scout’s stats.
- Advance to the Imperial Age and observe the stats unchanged from Industrial.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Eagle Scout should be receiving a stat boost upon advancing to the Imperial Age like all other units with passive stat upgrades.
