- (List the steps we can take to reproduce the bug ourselves…)
- …The recent patch has caused a significant decline in gameplay quality, rendering the game unplayable.
Pathfinding for villagers and soldiers has deteriorated significantly. Despite explicit orders for all units to exit from every barracks, their departure points are inconsistent and change frequently. Furthermore, when multiple Turkish cannons are assigned multiple targets, they exhibit abnormal firing behavior, focusing all fire on the initial target and dispersing for subsequent targets.
Units exiting castles or barracks often take suboptimal paths, circumventing buildings even when direct routes are available.
Successive updates have introduced numerous issues, culminating in a game that is no longer viable.

Moved to the aoe2 section.
Do you have specific recorded games and time stamps with bad pathfinding for us?
No, I didn’t save it. If there’s a shortcut, for example, having all units from stables go to point X and if it involves the Shift key (I used Alt+Shift+E), it becomes a big problem. I had to change the combination I’ve been using for years.
If you give a sequential attack command with artillery, after the torture target, the artillery attacks randomly as they please.
These are the problems, and I didn’t save it.
Then this makes it really tricky to look into it. If you have things happen again and you can provide a rec, we will take a look at it.
I recorded this using my phone while I was in the game. It was tough to give commands and record simultaneously, but you can see the sequential orders and the troops’ actions here.
I resorted to this method as I didn’t know any other way to record the game. I couldn’t create a video about finding a bad path in the same game, though I can assure you it existed. In fact, if you follow Viper’s videos, you’ll come across this complaint there as well.
Lastly, something that comes to mind is, let’s say you have 8 workers. If you instruct all of them to build mills, then build 5 farms, and then send the remaining workers to build a wood camp, upon giving these commands at once, the remaining workers after the farm construction simply stand idle.
I hope it is ok for take a look
