Bagpiper and Mounted Infantry wrong tooltip

The mouseover tooltip of mounted infantry and bagpiper will describe them as Light ranged cavalry, which they are not.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. train or ship Mounted infantry or Bagpipers

2. hover over them with the mouse

3. read wrong description

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

Mounted infantry should be heavy ranged cavalry or ranged cavalry.

Bagpipers should be a Musician like the drummer

These tooltips disappear when making a regular screenshot, so the phone camera had to be used here.
