When playing the first historical battle, the Barbary Corsairs have their base civilization as the United States, and won’t allow me to train non-United States troops until the Industrial Age. The flag and everything is changed to the US flag/voices

  • Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. I loaded it on moderate difficulty
  2. It was already switched to the base civilization of the United States

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

It was supposed to be the Barbary Pirates
