Many years ago I have found mods in the workshop, which disable Microsoft, Skybox and Forgatten Empires logos on startup, but they corrupted the main menu, it looked like this for me:
All of my attempts to fix this were unsuccessful.
Today I have found a solution, Steam Client - right click on Age of Mythology - properties - add +skipintro to launch options (It’s an exclusive option for EE, the original game has +nointrocinematics)
And my main menu looks normally again:
