Best Siege civ

It was 405 in AoC and nerfed later in FE.

I love post imp and siege wars, but as with everything, it kinda depends.

Overall I’d name Celts as the civ with the most tough to play against siege (strongest in multiple aspects- siege rams never die, SO need 2 hits from other SO, also everything fires faster, is created faster, and is researched faster).
BUT
Mongol siege is better on open maps.
Ethiopian siege is better against ranged compositions (also excels against other halb siege).
Korean SO has some very nice advantages with the extra range in both directions that make it capable of dealing with more units if microed correctly (much easier to attack ground melee units, also +1 range above other SO means it can be used to land free hits).
And finally, Bohemians have the most versatile siege unit with the increased damage and splash (huge) making them a tough match for all the aforementioned civs.

Against weaker players I’d use Celts, Koreans, Mongols or Ethiopians.
Against better players I’d use Bohemians or Ethiopians.
