Anyone got any tips on the new civs? I cant figure out how to really play them or age up with them
There are three good opening per civ made by one famous aoe4 caster

for ottomans you want to use military schools in blacksmith influence range so you produce free units faster
even buildings that are not military schools produce faster in blacksmith influence range
for vizier points i usually open with sheep then focus on military school improvments
mali is all about gold pits and traders with outpost, they generate gold like crazy
there is also cattle passive income
