I’m sad that I’m going to miss this event due to traveling right now, but I’m happy for those who get to try out the game. Hopefully, it’s not under NDA and I can see some new footage on YouTube.

My main problem is only 8 hours remain but they didn’t even let us predownload through the steam. I don’t know about the other platforms btw whether they let the players predownload it or not. However on steam they didn’t open for predownload and we will waste our limited time for download the and not for play the game.
I think Gamepass is the only plattform that allows predownload but only for the full game iirc. Don’t quote me here pls.
They wrote in their official that " The beta will be available to anyone who has pre-ordered the Premium Edition of Age of Mythology: Retold". So if we look at the sentence, we can clearly see that they didn’t separate the people who bought through the steam
Should we put screenshots from the beta in this thread or should there be a new one made for that?
There’s some other things that they have in the beta that weren’t shown off in the pre-release content, such as campaign lines being voiced by a different voice actor and things of that nature. Not sure if I should post stuff like that here or somewhere else.
For those wondering how to play it, I’m on steam and I just closed and reopened the program and found it under a seperate title name:

Fully close (Exit Steam) and reopen. Beta will be a new game in your library.
Was I as a premium buyer supposed to have access? Because I don’t.
