My community plays some internal tournaments of AoE4 every month.
We are using the wololo torunament ban/pick method, but civ blind pick is missing from match creation, so that incur in a non-so competitive tweak.
I think there is no complicate to add a flag in custom match settings that can hide/show every player civ picks.
