Blue boxes as icons load for Civ Selection Screen

Blue boxes briefly appear when switching civs, like they are placeholder blue boxes as the images load or something.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to civ selection screen when starting a SP skirmish random map game

  2. Hover mouse over various civs on left side of screen (move mouse around civs). Look at icons on right-side of screen

No blue boxes

The blue boxes are actually more frequent than this. I think for every civ I switch to. I captured at 24 FPS to save on file size. At 60FPS or higher, there would be more blue boxes, as that’s what happens
