Issue: Before S12 patch and DLC, when killing boar with a civ that cannot gather boar, the carcass disappears (a small empty circle artifact remains), such that the boar cannot be gathered by any other players who would be allowed to gather boar (aka boar griefing). However, now when Tughlaq player kills the boar, the carcass remains. This is bug because there is a pattern of function where these civs can grief the boar, but now one of the civs amongst that pool cannot grief the boar. Please decide whether boar griefing has a place in the game or not, and be consistent. My vote is to remove boar griefing altogether, and make other non-boar civs behave the same as Tughlaq.
