Hello, the title kind of says it all, I have not been able to open AoMR since the first DLC dropped. I have pretty much tried everything in the forum that you can think of as I have extensively comb’d through many reddit posts and forums the own the “retold known issues and solutions”, I have contact Age of empires support 3 separate times months apart to no avail they just tell me to look for new updates, yet still bugsplat appears before the game opens and does not allow to play the game.
So I decided to do a Clean install of Win 11 and changed from Nvidia to a 7900 xtx from and bought a new SSD which I changed from hdd. Also I have a new provider with atnt so new modem and router connected.
Updated the drivers, updated windows, installed all Microsoft visual C++ and with a blank SSD nothing but steam and AoMR installed and still I cannot open it because Bugsplat opens.
Does anybody have any idea as to what it could be? It has been more than a year and I can’t even open up the game
