Issue:

When I’d like to open my content editor I get the message “Bridge failed load step [Interface], consult the logs for more information” and the editor can’t open.

Same issue, even reinstalled the whole game cant fix it.

Hello how are you? I suffered the same error, I don’t know if this is your case. But what happened to me is that I started the application marked with the (X) (thinking it was the game, but the game is the one I marked with a circle.

Hola como estan? yo sufri el mismo error, no se si sera su caso. Pero lo q me paso a mi es que iniciaba la aplicacion marcada con la (X)(pensando que era el juego, pero el juego es el marque con un circulo.

I had the same error but it was resolved when I repurchased the game on another gaming portal.

PROBLEM SOLVED.
FROM XBOX I CREATED SHORTCUT OF AGE OF EMPIRES 4 FOR DESKOP. THEN I STARTED THE GAME AS AN ADMINISTOR AND THE GAME WAS OPENED.
