@Loubafritz - you should be able to ignore that warning. Is it causing problems for you? We have an unofficial modding Discord you can ask questions in, there are a lot of mappers there 
I have that kind of errors too but if they are not showed in the Output tab, then there is no problem. You can ignore it unless you have made changes on that specific parts for your own mod as a new feature.
If you still want to fix that error warnings then remove that specific file and replace it with the current version.
