He’s saying the 900 food age up that adds Uhlans to the age 1 and 2 cards doesn’t add mercs to merc shipments in age 2.

That I don’t know. I was explaining the occurrence being reported since I believe @vanBladdeck didn’t understand the question being asked. I haven’t made much use of the German Logistician.
