Issue:
Main objective is to destroy all enemy Town Centers, Castles, and Wonders when you display the objectives. Doing this doesn’t actually win you the game though, it looks like you have to clear all the military buildings as well.
Reproduction Steps:
Kill Gray’s 4 allies, kill all the Town Centers, Castles, and Wonders on the map and get confused why the game isn’t over.
Okay, he resigned at 2 ships and zero buildings.
